Youre anxious and fearful of the future and regret and repeatedly punish yourself about the past.....and right now things are just unbearable. You just cant get out of the darkness and the answers just wont come. No matter how hard you try.

Ive been in a similar place. Ive felt that pain. Ive carried that burden.

I am Craig Stephens and I know that things can improve, that better days are ahead. This is also my experience. I wanted to help people, ordinary people in the community, to also have a better life, so I got educated in behaviour, counselling and mental health. Now I put that with my life experience and offer you my service.

I am a qualified professional counsellor and I have experience working in the community as a mental health worker. I work with real people just like you to find solutions to make you a life that you desire.

I have a relaxed way about me. Counselling sessions are not rigidly structured, oppressive, judgmental ordeals. They are conversations between you and I about what you would like to change and achieve, how that could happen, what you would need to do and how you could do it. We work together to find the solution. Know that you will go away from each session with me armed with a new tool, enlightened by some revelation, feeling more empowered or with a greater sense of mental freedom. That is my goal in each session.
